John Legend and Andra Day have paid their respects to boxing great Muhammad Ali with an apt performance of “The Greatest Love All.”

The George Benson song, made popular a second time by the late Whitney Houston, was written and placed as the title track for the late boxing star’s 1977 biopic “The Greatest.”
The duet will air tonight (June 9) at 9 p.m. on Guys Choice Perfect Ten, a special 10th anniversary episode of Spike’s Guys Choice.
Legend, like millions of others, responded to the June 3 death of Ali, who he described as a “true champion.” Legend mentioned the late Ali in his speech at Saturday’s Guys Choice Awards. “He was a freedom fighter who used his fists and his wits, his force and his faith to make our world a better and more just place,” Legend said.
